Chris Hemsworth’s son prefers DC hero to Thor and celebrities take off

Seven-year-old Tristan Hemsworth wears cape in honor of Superman

Chris Hemsworth, the Thor of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, revealed that his seven-year-old son Tristan dreams of being a superhero like his father. Just don’t be the same superhero as the father, since the boy prefers Superman, from the rival label DC Comics. See below.

Thor star: Ragnarok shared the “disappointment” on Instagram, with a photo of him walking next to his son, hand in hand, while the little one wears a red cape. The prop could serve both the Son of Odin and the son of Krypton, but any ambiguity does away with the caption written by Chris.

“Holding my son’s hand and asking him the legendary question ‘what do you want to be when you grow up’. ‘I want to be Superman’. How lucky I am to have two other children,” wrote Hemsworth. The Australian actor is also the father of nine-year-old India Rose and Sasha, Tristan’s twin. Children are the fruit of marriage to actress Elsa Pataky (Fast and Furious 5).

In the comments, Marvel and DC stars did not forgive and took off with Thor’s “misfortune” on the big screen. Ryan Reynolds, the Deadpool, sent laughter and hearts, as did Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot. Thanos’ interpreter, Josh Brolin, cracked his nose with a large “hahahaha” in the comments. Meanwhile, Jason Momoa, Aquaman, sympathized with his colleague: “My son wanted to be Batman”.

Currently, Hemsworth is working on the final stretch of filming for Thor’s fourth film, Thor: Love and Thunder. The film tells will mark the return of Natalie Portman to the role of Jane Foster, and with the promise that she will wield the hammer of the Asgardian Thunder God.

In the comic that serves as the basis for Thor’s fourth film, the Son of Odin became unworthy to raise Mjölnir, after the events of the Original Sin saga. With that, Jane Foster is considered worthy for her altruism and dedication to saving lives as a doctor and becomes the Mighty Thor.

In addition to the returns of Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman, Thor: Love and Thunder will also have Tessa Thompson back as Valkyrie. The direction is, again, of Taika Waititi (Jojo Rabbit). In the USA, the premiere is scheduled for November 5, 2021.
