Rian Johnson’s feature will be distributed worldwide by Netflix
One of the great highlights of WandaVision, Kathryn Hahn is the newest signing of the first sequel to Between Knives and Secrets. According to Deadline, the actress will join Daniel Craig, Dave Bautista, Edward Norton and Janelle Monáe in Rian Johnson’s feature.
So far, no details about Hahn’s role have been revealed.
Launched in 2019, Between Knives and Secrets tells the story of a group of relatives who gather to celebrate the birthday of their patriarch (Christopher Plummer). At the party, the patriarch dies enigmatically and a detective begins his investigation. Meanwhile, all possible suspects are under house arrest and, of course, chaos ensues. Daniel Craig and Lakeith Stanfield play the detectives who need to solve the murder. The cast complete Jamie Lee Curtis, Ana de Armas, Katherine Langford, Michael Shannon, among others.
The film had a 97% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, made $ 309 million at the worldwide box office, and was nominated for an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay.
The sequel to Between Knives and Secrets has no release date yet, but will be released directly into the Netflix catalog.
